We accept most forms of PPO dental insurance, and are in network with Metlife and Blue Cross Blue Shield. To alleviate our patients’ concerns about insurance benefits for treatment, our office routinely submits pre-authorization requests to insurance providers for extensive dental work. We will then discuss the results with you and how they relate to your treatment.
